2. Eligibility for Returns

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued either:
    • To the original payment method, or
    • As a store coupon/store credit for future purchases.
  • The refund method will be determined based on payment type, product category, and return eligibility.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

Dheshop.in reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned products fail quality inspection.

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
